Common questions
- Restore a subscription: Profile → Restore purchase. Duru has no account; Apple restores it from your Apple ID.
- Cancel a subscription: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Duru. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Refunds: Apple handles payments, so refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Delete your data: Profile → Delete all data, or delete the app. Everything lives on your phone.
- Scores move between scans: light, angle and expression change the photo. Changes inside the measurement margin are shown as “same”. Use the camera guide for comparable shots.
- Turn off AI analysis: Profile → AI skin analysis. Measurement keeps working on the device.

Sık sorulanlar
- Aboneliği geri yükleme: Profil → Satın almayı geri yükle. Duru’da hesap yoktur; abonelik Apple Kimliğin üzerinden geri gelir.
- Aboneliği iptal etme: Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler → Duru. Dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal et.
- İade: Ödemeleri Apple aldığı için iadeler reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden yapılır.
- Verilerini silme: Profil → Tüm verileri sil ya da uygulamayı kaldır. Her şey telefonunda durur.
- Puanlar taramadan taramaya oynuyor: Işık, açı ve ifade fotoğrafı değiştirir. Ölçüm payı içindeki değişimler “aynı” olarak gösterilir. Karşılaştırılabilir çekimler için kamera rehberini kullan.
- AI analizini kapatma: Profil → AI cilt analizi. Ölçüm cihazda çalışmaya devam eder.
